Guest Lecture on Stress Management

On 22 Mar 19, Department of Professional Psychology organized a one day workshop on Stress Management. Dr. Hina Imran and Dr. Sarwat Jahan Khanum were invited. Both are internationally certified Hypnotherapist. The purpose was to introduce the audience with stress management techniques and to learn how to cope up with stress.

On 18 Mar 19 BBA students visited to NSPIRE at Netsol Technologies Limited. The purpose for was to explore Netsol’s incubation center NSPIRE for inculcating senior batches in professional domain.
