The application provides information on location of panel hospitals, discount centres for laboratory tests, claim status and complaint option.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Healthcare policy on BU website<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Information on scope of healthcare services, list of panel hospitals, policy exclusions, common mistakes in filing up of claim forms and standardized formats of OPD &amp; IPD claim forms is placed on BU website.
