{"id":11441,"date":"2019-02-28T15:11:08","date_gmt":"2019-02-28T10:11:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bahria.edu.pk\/?page_id=11441"},"modified":"2019-02-28T15:18:44","modified_gmt":"2019-02-28T10:18:44","slug":"issuance-of-revised-degrees","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/index.php\/downloads\/issuance-of-revised-degrees\/","title":{"rendered":"Issuance of Revised Degrees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In order to process the requests of revised degree, applicant is to submit the following documents to registrar office, through respective Director \/ Principal of his \/ her respective Campus \/ College.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application for revised degree<\/li>\n<li>Original Degree &amp; Final Transcript<\/li>\n<li>Attested copy of revised SSC certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Attested copy of CNIC issued by NADRA.<\/li>\n<li>Demand Draft in favour of Bahria University Islamabad amounting to Rs. 5000\/- as revised degree fee.<\/li>\n<li>Affidavit regarding the revision of credentials (his\/her own or father&#8217;s name) giving complete details and reasons thereof.<\/li>\n<li>Newspaper clipping regarding he change\/correction in credentials of his\/her original degree giving complete details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The applicant is to ensure that his\/her particulars.i.e. Name, Father&#8217;s Name must be the same in all submitted documents before proceeding with the request.
