As Assistant Manager, her responsibilities included External Coordination (Client Servicing and account management) &amp; Internal Coordination\/communication, Business development, Strategy development and formulation of communication presentations for diversified clientele, Preparations of technical proposals, EOIs etc.<\/p>\n<p>Since past 12 months she got promoted to the position of Manager Business Development and Marketing Communications. As Manager, She is leading a team of 10 Marketing Professionals and managing accounts of leading government, non- government and private clientele having nationwide presence.<\/p>\n<p>Madiha is the <strong><em>Founding Member, Country Lead &amp; Brand Manager of Inspire Pakistan<\/em><\/strong>, a global voluntary movement to inspire Pakistani to take pride in their identity and be the change they want to see around. Within less than two years since its inception; using Inspire Pakistan Platform Madiha initiated and arranged numerous inspiring events that generated massive print and electronic media coverage.<\/p>\n<p>Madiha is also<strong><em> Co Founder \/ CEO of Pakistani Tohfa <\/em><\/strong>an online platform to conveniently make available and deliver Purely Pakistani Themed Souvenirs to respective customers. Using her special vocal abilities, Madiha is a <strong><em>Professional Voice over Artist<\/em><\/strong> and has been actively engaged in doing professional voice overs\u2019 of many TVCs and documentaries for both commercial and government clients. She has been participating in leading academia and industry events very frequently, she delivered <strong><em>Guest Speaker Lectures<\/em><\/strong> at Bahria University, made <strong><em>Representation of Advertising Industry <\/em><\/strong>in Leading Career Counseling TV Show <strong><em>\u201cGateway with Fasi Zaka\u201d<\/em> <\/strong>and also participated as <strong><em>Judge at Microsoft Imagine Cup 2014 Regional Finals. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Madiha is an <strong><em>Active Charity Worker<\/em> <\/strong>and has always volunteered her services where ever required. She earlier worked as <strong><em>Communication Manager &amp; Volunteer<\/em><\/strong>. She was actively engaged and was part of the organizing team of many events such as Bahria\u2019s First Rock Night with Rocklite, Bahrian Alumni First Hiking Trip and Bahrian Alumni Dinner 2013.
