Sealed bids may be dropped at the drop box placed at the gate of University. Bids may be submitted for one vehicle or both vehicles. DD of 25% of bid price in the name of Bahria University is to be enclosed with bid otherwise bid will not be considered. DD of unsuccessful bidder will be returned within 04 working days. Conditional and incomplete bids will be considered non-responsive. Successful bidder will have to clear the balance payment within 07 days otherwise their bid security will be forfeited. Vehicles are to be taken away within 07 days. Successful bidder is also required to pay 10% advance tax under section 236 (A) of the gross sale price of vehicle separately.<\/li>\n<li>Bidders to provide their address\/ telephone\/ mobile number along with attested photocopy of the National Identity Card.<\/li>\n<li>Submission of bid by 1100 hours on 15 October 2018 and will be opened at 1130 hours on same day.<\/li>\n<li>The University has the right to accept \/ reject or cancel any \/ all bids prior bidding process as per Rule 33 of PPRA.
