Details of items are held in the Bidding Documents.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased on submission of a written application alongwith valid NTN and GST certificates upon payment of Rs <strong>1,000\/- (Rupees One Thousand Only)<\/strong> Non Refundable Fee in the shape of Pay Order in favour of Bahria University Islamabad from Purchase \/ Store Department at Bahria University Medical &amp; Dental College Adjacent PNS SHIFA DHA Phase-II Karachi till <strong>11 April 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Single stage One envelop bidding procedure shall apply. Sealed bids supported by NTN\/GST registration\/professional certificates should reach on\/or before <strong>12 April 2019 at 11:00 hours<\/strong>. Bids will be opened at Karachi on the <strong>same day at 11:30 hours<\/strong> in the presence of the bidders \/ their authorized representatives, who may choose to be present in Project Officer\u2019s Office Karachi. Conditional \/ incomplete bids will be considered Non Responsive. 2% of bid security of total bid value should be submitted in shape of Pay Order \/ Banker\u2019s cheque \/ DDR.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes &amp; transportation charges etc. Bahria University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal by invoking Rule 33 of PPR-2004.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For any information please contact on Ph.
