Details of items and scope of work are held in the bidding documents.<\/li>\n<li>Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased on submission of a written application alongwith valid PEC and NTN certificates upon payment of <strong>Rs 1,000\/- (Rupees One Thousand Only)<\/strong> Non Refundable Fee in the shape of <strong>Pay Order<\/strong> in favour of <strong>Bahria University Islamabad<\/strong> from Project Officer at Bahria University Karachi Campus, 13 &#8211; National Stadium Road Karachi till <strong>16 April 2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Single Stage Two Envelops bidding procedure shall apply. Sealed bids supported by PEC, NTN registration\/professional certificates should reach on\/or before <strong>17 April 2019 at 1100 hours<\/strong>. Technical Bids will be opened at Karachi on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders \/ their authorized representatives, who may choose to be present in Project Officer\u2019s Office Karachi.\u00a0 Financial bids of shortlisted firms will be opened later on, date and time will be intimated to firm well in time through e-mail \/ letter. Conditional \/ incomplete bids will be considered <strong>Non Responsive<\/strong>.\u00a0 2% of bid security of total bid value should be submitted in shape of Pay Order \/ Banker\u2019s cheque \/ DDR.<\/li>\n<li>The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes &amp; transportation charges etc. Bahria University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal by invoking Rule 33 of PPR-2004.<\/li>\n<li>For any information please contact on Ph.
