Price of Bidding Document is <strong>Rs. 1,000\/- (Rupees One Thousand only)<\/strong> for each document (non-refundable through pay order in favour of <strong>Bahria University Islamabad<\/strong>) available till <strong>29 May 2019<\/strong>. NTN Number of Bahria University is 2132767-0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> The bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents must reach at Deputy Director Procurement\u2019s Office, Bahria University Head Office Islamabad by <strong>11:00 hrs on 30 May 2019<\/strong> or before. Only technical proposal will be opened on <strong>same day at 11:30 hrs<\/strong> in Director P&amp;D Office (President Standing Purchase Committee) in presence of the bidders who may choose to be present. The same will be forwarded to Technical Committee for scrutiny \/ shortlisting. Date &amp; time of opening of financial proposals of shortlisted firms will be intimated later through mail\/phone.
