Details are held in Bidding Documents. Interested firms may purchase bidding documents containing detailed specifications of required items from office of the undersigned against payment through pay order of Rs.1000\/- (non-refundable) in favour of Bahria University Islamabad from DD P&amp;D Office, Head Office Quaid Block Basement Room No.09 till <strong>06 Sep 2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Single stage one envelop tendering procedure shall be followed.\u00a0 Sealed bids supported by Tax registration \/ professional certificate should reach on \/ or before <strong>11<\/strong> <strong>Sep 2019 at 1100 hours<\/strong>.\u00a0 A Sealed Bid Box is placed at the Head Office, Quaid Block Basement Room No. 09 in DD P&amp;D Office.\u00a0 Bids will be opened on the same day at <strong>1130 hours<\/strong> in the presence of the bidders \/ their authorized representatives, who may choose to be present in Director P&amp;D office. Conditional \/ incomplete bids will be considered <strong>Non Responsive<\/strong>.\u00a0 Bids received late from closing date and time will not be entertained.\u00a0 2% of bid security of total bid value should be submitted in shape of Pay Order.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes &amp; transportation charges etc.\u00a0 The Bahria University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal by invoking rule 33 of PPRA-2004.<\/li>\n<li>For any information please contact on <strong>Ph.
