With reference to subject Invitation to Bid, published in \u2018The Business Recorder\u2019 and `Express\u2019 on Sunday 08 March 2020 vide Ad Reference BU\/P&amp;D\/PC-1\/H-11\/DGs dated 08 March 2020, BU\/PPRA Websites and Pre-bid meeting held on 15 May 2020, the bid submission date is hereby finalized as 11 June 2020 at 1100 hrs:<\/p>\n<p>2. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs in the office of Director (P&amp;D) Bahria University Head Office Islamabad. Due to COVID-19, maximum one rep from each firm will be entertained.<\/p>\n<p>3. Minutes of pre-bid meeting alongwith revised Bidding Documents have been forwarded through e-mail to all potential bidders on 18 May 2020. Any bidder who has not received the documents, can collect the same from the office of DD (Procurement), Room No.9, basement BUHO till 10 June 2020, daily except holidays between 1000 hrs to 1300 hrs. The tender\/bidding document already forwarded through e-mail, may however be corrected as follows:<\/p>\n<p>a. Word \u201cATS and Sync Panels&#8221; wherever written, to be deleted.<\/p>\n<p>b. Para`13,c\u2019 of Section B (i). Bidders can bid for any type of DG with accessories.<\/p>\n<p>c. Para `13,f\u2019 of Section B (i). BU may award procurement of both DGs to single bidder or to separate bidders depending upon lowest price quoted by the firms.<\/p>\n<p>d. Para `2,t, of Section E. Complete trials including load testing, AVR Operation, Safeties etc during FATS and at site after delivery with load van up to 110% load will be carried out. Firm will provide detailed acceptance criteria by OEM which will be vetted, confirmed by BU.
