Complete detail of work is held in Bidding Documents. Interested firms may purchase bidding documents containing detailed specifications of required works from office of the DD (P&amp;D)-II Office, Head Office Quaid Block Basement Room No.09 against payment through pay order of Rs.2000\/- (non-refundable) in favour of \u201c<strong>Bahria University Islamabad\u201d<\/strong> till <strong>27 July 2020<\/strong>. NTN of BU is 2132767-0.<\/li>\n<li>Single stage two envelop tendering procedure shall be applied. Sealed bids supported by Tax registration \/ professional certificate should reach on \/ or before\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>28 July 2020 at 1100 hours<\/strong>.\u00a0 A Sealed Bid Box is placed at the Head Office, Quaid Block Basement Room No. 09 in DD (P&amp;D)-II Office.\u00a0 Technical bids will be opened on the same day at <strong>1130 hours<\/strong> in the presence of the bidders \/ their authorized representatives, who may choose to be present in Director P&amp;D office. Conditional \/ incomplete bids will be considered <strong>Non Responsive<\/strong>.\u00a0 Bids received late from closing date and time will not be entertained.\u00a0 2% of bid security in shape of PO in favour of \u201c<strong>Bahria University Islamabad<\/strong>\u201d of total bid value should be submitted.
