He is also a Certified Human Resource Professional awarded by NUST. Previously he has worked with prestigious organizations like Faysal Bank Ltd, Saif Group of Companies, Geo Tv Network and currently associated with Premier Group of Companies in the capacity of Manager Human Resources. Salaar holds almost 15 years of HR experience in managerial cadre with core experience in recruitment &amp; selection, talent acquisition, performance appraisal, process mapping, organizational development and employee relations.<\/p>\n<p>Salaar says, \u201cBahria University, plays an important role and that was initially realized when as a young graduate I entered the professional life almost 15 years back.
