They also have to Register with NUMS <a href=\"https:\/\/numspak.edu.pk\">(https:\/\/numspak.edu.pk)<\/a> and take its entry test.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Appearing in PMC MDCAT &amp; NUMS Entry Test is Mandatory.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Must submit following to NHQ as and when available but not later than 01 Dec 2021:<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>HSSC mark sheet (minimum aggregate required is 65%)<\/li>\n<li>Marks of three science subjects. (Chemistry and Biology are compulsory. Third subject can be either Physics or Math. Minimum aggregate of three subjects required is 65%)<\/li>\n<li>PMC MDCAT Score (Minimum score required is 65%).<\/li>\n<li>NUMS entry test score.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>Schedule of NUMS Entry Test 2021<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Online Registration for Entry Test Starts<strong>: Monday, 12<sup>th<\/sup> July 2021<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Online Registration for Entry Test Ends<strong>: Tuesday, 10<sup>th<\/sup> August<\/strong><strong> 2021 by 1600 hours<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Last date of receipt of scanned copy of paid challan form<strong>: Wednesday, 11<sup>th<\/sup> August 2021 by 1200 hours<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Entry Test<strong>: 10 AM, Sunday, 3<sup>rd<\/sup> October 2021<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Entry test fee to be paid directly to NUMS<strong>: Rs. 3,000\/- (Non-refundable \/ Non-transferable)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Basic Qualification\/Eligibility (as per PMC regulations 2021)<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any person being a Pakistani or an overseas Pakistani or foreign national and being sixteen years of age or more, shall be eligible to register for and attempt the test.<\/li>\n<li>There shall be no restriction on a person having obtained a Higher Secondary Certificate qualification or equivalent 12<sup>th<\/sup> grade qualification prior to attempting the Test.
