After graduating from Bahria I joined ZONG as a customer services executive. I am Seasoned Customer Care professional with the \u201cCAN DO\u201d approach, ability to accept the challenges to bring things on the right track. I am a specialist in finding ways to improve customer experience by creating or revamping processes, quality grids with a buy-in of stakeholders, and managing training of resources with a focus on customer service excellence. I have been part of different SAAS (Software as a service) based companies where with my strong communication skills I helped multiple clients with on boarding and retention.
