I was part of the MBA 2.5 years\u2019 program starting from 2004 to 2007. I started off my career at United Bank Limited (UBL) as a Management Trainee through Bahria University\u2019s platform. After spending my carrier\u2019s initial 7 years with UBL Corporate &amp; Investment Banking Group (CIBG) as Relationship Manager I moved to HBL &#8211; CIBG. Currently I am working with Faysal Bank Limited, Corporate and Investment Banking as Resident Vice President. BU played a vital role in my career, as right after my final exams of MBA last semester, BUIC held a job fair in which different companies presented. Out of which one was United Bank Limited (UBL) which was offering its Management Trainee Program. In the Initial interviews 30 people were shortlisted for a written test and finally 8 were selected by UBL for a panel interview held at Lahore. During the interviews we came to know that we were competing with around 50-60 other candidates from IBA and LUMs. Finally, 25 people were made part of UBL\u2019s MTO program. It was a matter of pride to know that out of the total selected candidates 4 were from Bahria University (Islamabad &amp; Karachi) including myself.
