coordinate all financial matters of the Institute with the Treasurer at the BUHO; Render financial advice to the Principal, Director, Head of the CU and other Officials. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-text=\"true\">Maintain the following accounts in respect of the Institute:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">\u00a0Main Cash<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">Petty Cash <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">\u00a0Contributory Provident Fund<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">\u00a0Student Club Fund<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">Any other account as approved by the University Ensure proper and Judicious use of allocated funds in accordance with BU Financial Rules:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">Prepare the accounts for quarterly local Audit, Annual Commercial Audit, surprise checks as per financial regulation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">\u00a0Maintain cash account ledgers;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">\u00a0Maintain permanent store ledgers; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">Maintain consumable store ledgers; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">Prepare students fee bills;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">Be responsible for purchase of permanent store items;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">Be responsible for purchase, storage and distribution of stationery; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">\u00a0Supervise clerical staff in his clause; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-text=\"true\">Monitor and control banking facilities in the Institute, ensuring their efficiency;
