BUKC"},"content":{"rendered":"<label id=\"lastUpdated\">Last updated on June 5th, 2023<\/label><p><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Karachi-campus-2-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive alignnone wp-image-20729 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Karachi-campus-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2000\" height=\"2000\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Karachi-campus-2-1.jpg 2000w, https:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Karachi-campus-2-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Karachi-campus-2-1-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Karachi-campus-2-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Karachi-campus-2-1-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Karachi-campus-2-1-1536x1536.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2000px) 100vw, 2000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ph.D. in Management Science\/ Business Administration degree from an HEC-recognized University\/ Institution.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably base degree in Management Science\/ Business Administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 years overall or 05 years Post Ph.D. teaching\/ research experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably at least 02-year experience of National\/ International level accreditation of Business School<\/li>\n<li>The applicant must have 10 research publications (with at least 04 publications in the last 05 years in the HEC recognized Journals).<\/li>\n<li>Candidates having 05 years of field\/ administrative experience will be preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Faculty shall be responsible to the Head of the Campus through Principal\/Director Academics CU for the academic and research excellence of the School, as under:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, conduct, and follow up accreditation visits of the department by the accreditation\/ regulatory body and ensure successful accreditation of the programs run by the department.<\/li>\n<li>Convene and chair meetings of the Departmental Board of Studies (DBOS) for academic and research matters as required.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and supervise research cell of the Department for the coordination of research activities of faculty and students.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, conduct and supervise faculty development plan in coordination with Dean\/Principal and LPDC Directorate.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee preparation of curricula of respective subjects\/ courses for each semester\/ module.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend changes\/ improvements in the curricula to bring them at par with the latest developments and in line with the University\u2019s instructions on the subject\/ course.<\/li>\n<li>Handle correspondence with the University through the respective Principal\/ Director Academics CU on academic matters pertaining to the respective Department.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare semester\/ module schedules of respective academic programs.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare class lists and timetables, and allocate courses to the faculty members.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that examination papers meet the required standard, are prepared in time by respective faculty members in accordance with the prescribed curriculum, and are submitted to DAcad-CU as per promulgated schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Examinations Cell for schedule and conduct of all examinations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates having degrees from HEC-recognized National\/ International Universities are eligible to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Please visit our website <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/jobs\">bahria.edu.pk\/jobs <\/a>to download the job application form (Faculty)<\/li>\n<li>Brief CVs along with the application form (Hard Copy), are to reach HR, Head Office Islamabad through Courier only by <strong>05 June 2023.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Only short-listed candidates shall be called for a test\/interview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last updated on June 5th, 2023 &nbsp;
