professional programs, workshops, and seminars for corporate clients, ensuring they align with BU goals and values.<\/li>\n<li>To facilitate the academic department and administration at the respective campuses for executing the trainings, assigned by LPDC (BUHO), and the ones conceived at campus \/ department \/ faculty level.<\/li>\n<li>To establish and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, understanding their specific needs and ensuring the LPDC offerings meet or exceed their expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To facilitate and expedite the process of seeking internal (within campus) and external (BUHO) approval for the training activities, through proper channel.<\/li>\n<li>To represent LPDC, both within campus and outside, and visit \/ arrange meetings with external entities, whenever required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To conduct needs assessments and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure program content remains relevant and impactful for corporate clients.<\/li>\n<li>To manage the budget, resources, and logistics for programs and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality delivery.<\/li>\n<li>To monitor and report on program effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and key performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To update office record for compliance and provision of information to other directorates within BU or to external bodies such as HEC, ministry of education, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on the progress and impact of the LPDC initiatives, with a focus on client relationships.<\/li>\n<li>To keep record of all activities being organized by the LPDC and send month wise report to LPDC (BUHO), through proper channel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To manage LPDC (respective campus) website, social media, information portal at campus level, along with managing operations support staff at LDC.<\/li>\n<li>To perform any task(s) assigned by the campus administration in the domain of LPDC\u2019s scope of work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NOTE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates having degrees from HEC-recognized National\/ International Universities are eligible to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Please visit our website\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/jobs\">bahria.edu.pk\/jobs<\/a>\u00a0to download the job application form.<\/li>\n<li>Brief CVs along with the application form (Hard Copy), are to reach HR Dte\u00a0 through Courier\/ UMS only by <strong>05-OCT-2023.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Only short-listed candidates shall be called for a test\/ interview<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last updated on October 9th, 2023&nbsp;
