Each graduate will be responsible to collect and return his\/her robe\/gown. Please note that<strong><u>Robe\/Gown is mandatory for attending the convocation ceremony.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Receiving of Invitation cards, car sticker, acknowledgment card and seat \/ enclosure allocation<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your presence in the scheduled rehearsals is compulsory for attending the convocation.<\/strong>Please bring your Original CNIC and 01 photograph (size 1 x 1) for participating in the rehearsals and final ceremony.<\/li>\n<li>Rehearsal day is full day activity, all registered graduates are requested to attend and mange accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Invitation cards for the parents\/guests will be issued to the graduates upon completion of the rehearsals on closing of rehearsal.<\/li>\n<li>Refreshments for all Graduates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Important Notes For Convocation Day is as follows:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All registered graduating students to be present at Expo Center Johar Town, Lahore at <strong>08:30 HRS on Saturday, 2 December 2023<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dress for the convocation ceremony is lounge suite\/National with dress shoes. Casual dress (i.e jeans, joggers, slippers and T-shirts) are strictly prohibited.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>All graduating students and their guests are required to bring original CNIC along with the Invitation Card on convocation day.
