Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing budgets and financial resources along with administrative and managerial expertise, particularly within a hospital\/institute settings.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Possesses expertise in implementing quality assurance and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and enhancing standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute strategic plans for the college, aligning them with the institution&#8217;s vision and goals.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate a culture of academic discipline, research, and innovation among faculty and students.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, conduct and follow up accreditation visits by the relevant accreditation\/ regulatory bodies and ensure successful accreditation of the programs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict adherence to relevant policies and regulations, promoting a compliant and ethical environment.<\/li>\n<li>Foster and nurture strong relationships with faculty, students, alumni, and other institutes, creating a supportive and collaborative network.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure professional excellence in all facets of the institute\/college settings.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duty assigned by the Authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Application with detailed CV (with two latest colored photographs) and attested photocopies of CNIC, degrees, and other credentials should reach the following address by 19th Jan 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Only short listed candidates will be requested for interview.
