Bids will only be accepted through E-PAD. Firms should be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department.<br \/>\n2. Bidding Firms should be in business of catering\/ cafeteria services for at least 5 years at University\/ College\/ Corporate level.<br \/>\n3. The University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The University shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who<br \/>\nsubmitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.<br \/>\n4. Tender documents (Detailed Terms &amp; Conditions) can be obtained from E-PADS or Procurement Office Bahria University after uploading\/ publication of the Tender Notice during office hours (0900 hours to 1600 hours) except Saturday and Sunday against payment of non-refundable fee in shape of cash of Rs. 2,000\/- (Rupees two thousand only).<br \/>\n5. Interested parties may uploaded their bids on E-PADs.
