Brief Scope of the Project<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supply \/ installation \/ deployment \/ testing \/ commissioning of hardware and software items as per Scope of Work, Technical Specifications and ToRs given in the tender documents.<\/li>\n<li>The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing a fully functional system as per technical specifications, end user requirements laid down in the tender documents on <strong>Turn-key Basis<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The Contractor will provide through life support for the offered product(s) throughout the envisaged operational lifecycle of the offered \/ installed equipment, systems and software.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of Bids shall be governed by PPRA Rules 2004 and detailed criteria laid down in the tender documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Details of specifications and scope of work is given in the bidding documents, which can be purchased on submission of a written application on firm\u2019s letter head (with mentioned NTN No) upon payment of <strong>Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), <\/strong>Non Refundable Fee in the shape of <strong>Pay Order\/ DD<\/strong> in favor of <strong>Bahria University Islamabad,<\/strong> from the \u2018Office of DD Procurement, Room No. 15, Basement Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad between <strong>0900 to 1400<\/strong> hrs except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Single Stage &#8211; Two Envelope bidding procedure shall apply as per PPRA Rules 2004. Sealed bids in accordance with instructions given in the bidding documents must reach on\/ or before <strong><u>15 May 2024<\/u><\/strong> by<strong> 1100 Hours <\/strong>at the Office of DD Procurement, Room No.15, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad. <strong>Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours<\/strong> in the presence of the bidders\/ their authorized representatives, who may choose to be present. Conditional\/ incomplete bids will be considered <strong>Non-Responsive<\/strong>.\u00a0 2% bid security of total bid value must be submitted in shape of Pay Order\/DD in favor of \u201c<strong>Bahria University Islamabad<\/strong>\u201d.
