Candidate from Placement Office \/ORIC of a Higher Education Institution (HEIs) or Private High Schools would be preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Should be skilled in computer especially MS Office- with typing speed of between 50-65 words per minute(WPM), for letters\/emails, business proposals and reports (Written Communication). Also verbal communication \/ coordination with external stakeholders (answering calls and gathering information by phone etc.) as per requirement.<\/li>\n<li>Must have good written and verbal communication skills (English &amp; Urdu). Supporting the Reception Desk\/PA to Director, for liaising with clients\/prospects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Clerk shall be responsible for following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare invoices, letters, memos and write the minutes.
