Interested firms with relevant experience may purchase bidding documents containing detailed specifications of required works from office of the DD (Plans), Head Office Quaid Block Basement Room No.09 against payment through pay order of Rs. 5,000\/- (non-refundable) in favour of \u201c<strong>Bahria University Islamabad\u201d<\/strong> till\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>05 August 2024<\/strong>. NTN of BU is 2132767-0.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Single stage two envelope tendering procedure shall be followed. Sealed bids supported by Tax registration \/ professional certificate should reach on \/ or before <strong>06 August 2024<\/strong> at<strong> 1230 hours<\/strong>.\u00a0 A Sealed Bid Box is placed at the Head Office, Quaid Block Basement Room No. 09 in DD (Plans) Office.\u00a0 Technical bids will be opened on the same day at <strong>1300 hours<\/strong> in the presence of the bidders \/ their authorized representatives, who may choose to be present in the Director P&amp;D office. Conditional \/ incomplete bids will be considered <strong>Non Responsive<\/strong>.\u00a0 Bids received late from closing date and time will not be entertained. 2% of total bid value as bid security in shape of PO in favour of \u201c<strong>Bahria University Islamabad<\/strong>\u201d should be submitted.
