Sealed bids supported by NTN, registration certificate should reach Assistant Director (Procurement) office by 1100 hours on <strong>20 November 2024<\/strong>. Proposal is to be deposited with 5% bid security (refundable) in the form of Pay Order <em>I <\/em>DD in favor of Bahria University Technical proposals will be opened by the committee on same day at 1130 hours in presence of bidders who may choose to be present. Date of opening of financial proposal of short-listed companies will be intimated later through letter <em>I <\/em>phone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pre-bid meeting will be held in Assistant Director (Procurement) office on 8 Nov 2024 at 1130 hours to clarify queries (if any).
