{"id":25076,"date":"2024-12-03T15:38:23","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T10:38:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bahria.edu.pk\/?p=25076"},"modified":"2024-12-11T08:57:54","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T03:57:54","slug":"schedule-for-27th-convocation-buic-h-11-campus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/index.php\/schedule-for-27th-convocation-buic-h-11-campus\/","title":{"rendered":"SCHEDULE FOR 27TH CONVOCATION &#8211; BUIC H-11 CAMPUS"},"content":{"rendered":"<label id=\"lastUpdated\">Last updated on December 11th, 2024<\/label><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dear Graduating Students!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The twenty-seventh convocation ceremony of Bahria University Islamabad H-11 Campus is scheduled as mentioned below.<\/p>\n<p>Students who have not paid the registration fee, or obtained the final transcript cannot attend the convocation:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table class=\"table table-striped table-bordered\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"3\" width=\"559\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>SCHEDULE FOR 27th CONVOCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"253\"><strong>Venue<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"144\"><strong>Date and Time for Rehearsal<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"162\"><strong>Date and Time for Convocation<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"253\">Bahria University E-8 Campus<\/td>\n<td width=\"144\">10<sup>th<\/sup> December 2024 Tuesday at 1330<\/td>\n<td width=\"162\">11<sup>th<\/sup> December 2024 Wednesday at 0830<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Detailed instructions are as under<strong>:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Rehearsals will be held in BU Auditorium at the E-8 campus as per the above-mentioned schedule.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Presence in the scheduled rehearsals is mandatory for attending the convocation.<\/strong> Please bring your original CNIC and 01 photograph (size 1 x 1) for participating in the rehearsal and final ceremony.<\/li>\n<li>Dress for the convocation ceremony is formal\/lounge suite\/National with dress shoes. Casual dress (i.e. jeans, joggers, slippers, and T-shirts) is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>For convenience, robes\/gowns will be provided on a rental basis (for 48 hours only) with a security deposit as applicable (refundable) through the collection point being arranged at E-8 Campus upon completion of rehearsal. Each graduate will be responsible for the collection and return of robe\/gown. Please note that <strong><u>Robe\/Gown is mandatory for attending the convocation ceremony.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>All graduating students and their guests are advised to bring their original CNIC along with the printed hard copy of the Invitation Card.
