Ghazanfar ud din Arshad is working as Chief Monitoring Officer in the Projects Wing, Ministry of Planning, Development and Reforms. After doing BE Electrical Engineering from UET Lahore he gained extensive experience in planning and implementation of various projects in the private sector. While working in the Projects Wing, he has been directly involved in the delivery of high impact \/ Strategic Projects of Public Sector Development Program (PSDP). He pursued the Masters in Project Management Course at Bahria University Islamabad with an aim to excel in latest tools and techniques which will further enhance the state -of-the-art techniques in management and play a more strategic role in managing projects for development of Pakistan. This study has empowered him to skillfully integrate the projects with the real needs of the country. Mr. Arshad being an outstanding professional represents our country\u2019s move towards progress and modernization.
