A sealed bid box is placed at the Head office building basement Quaid block in front of Room no 9. Sealed bids supported by NTN, registration certificate should reach Deputy Director (Admin) office, by 1130 hours on <strong>21 November 2017<\/strong>. Technical proposals will be opened by the committee on same day at 1200 hours in presence of bidders who may choose to be present. Date of opening of financial proposal of short listed companies will be intimated later on through letter \/ phone.<\/li>\n<li>Proposals are to be deposited with 2 % bid security (refundable) in the form of pay order \/ demand draft in favour of Bahria University Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting will be held in Deputy Director (Admin) office on <strong>15 November 2017<\/strong> at 1100 hours to clarify any technical queries (if any). The committee constituted by the Bahria University will attend the pre-bid meeting.
