{"id":9880,"date":"2018-03-07T05:02:27","date_gmt":"2018-03-07T00:02:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bahria.edu.pk\/?p=9880"},"modified":"2019-07-18T10:16:17","modified_gmt":"2019-07-18T05:16:17","slug":"tech-for-pakistan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.bahria.edu.pk\/index.php\/tech-for-pakistan\/","title":{"rendered":"Tech for Pakistan"},"content":{"rendered":"<label id=\"lastUpdated\">Last updated on July 18th, 2019<\/label><p><strong>Teach for Pakistan<\/strong> session was arranged by <strong>Internships &amp; Placement Office<\/strong> on <strong><u>14<sup>th<\/sup> Feb 2018<\/u><\/strong> in <strong>LT-02 Hall<\/strong>.\u00a0 Session was about how teach for Pakistan recruit and train top graduates and young professionals from all fields for\u00a0a two-year Fellowship to teach in low-income schools that lack quality teachers.\u00a0They told our students how after the completion of the Fellowship, their Alumni use their experiences to tackle Pakistan\u2019s most pressing problems in education, such as rewriting textbooks and curricula, testing innovations, furthering research, training teachers and creating model schools. They encourage students to apply on their online job applications.
