REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR APPOINTMENT OF STATUTORY AUDITORS FOR THREE YEARS (2024 TO 2026) FOR BAHRIA UNIVERSITY HEAD OFFICE AND CAMPUSES (ISLAMABAD, LAHORE & KARACHI)

 

  • Bahria University Head Office Islamabad invites Request for Proposal (RFP) to hire/appoint the services of Chartered Accountant Firm as External Auditors for the period of three Financial years (01 Jul to 2023 till 30 Jun 2026). The professional services are required for audit of following:

 

  1. Books of accounts of Bahria University Head Office and its Constituent Units at Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.
  2. The firm must have valid offices at Islamabad, Karachi & Lahore, Preference will be given to the firm(s) having well auditing experience of university accounts.
  3. The firm who meets the following criteria may apply:
  4. The firm must be ‘A’ or ‘B’ ranking as per State Bank of Pakistan.
  5. The firm must have affiliation with one of the global audit firms.
  6. Satisfactory QCR Rating of ICAP.
  7. NTN Certificate.

 

  • Interested firms may get RFP documents containing detailed requirement against tender fee payment of Rs 2,500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) (non-refundable) from DD (F&A) Office, Room No. 024, Ground Floor Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office, Islamabad till 20th Jun 2023.

 

  • Single stage Two envelopes procedure shall apply. Sealed proposals supported by NTN registration certificates should reach Finance Dte (Audit Officer Room No. 024) by 1030 hrs on 21th Jun 2023. Technical Proposal will be opened by the Technical Committee on same day at 1100 hrs in presence of the bidders who may choose to be present. Date of opening of financial proposal of technically qualified firms will be intimated later on through letter/ phone. A pre-bid meeting will be held in Treasurer Office in BU Head Office on 12 Jun 2023 at 1100 hrs to clarify any technical queries, if any. The University has the right to reject all or any Proposal prior acceptance by invoking Rule 33 of PPRA Rules. The firms are requested to give their best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes & others allied expenses i.e T/A D/A, out of pocket expenses & etc. For any information, please contact Mr. Mirza M.
