CONSTRUCTION OF CAR PARKING TENSILE SHADES – BAHRIA UNIVERSITY ISLAMABAD H-11 CAMPUS

 

  1. The Bahria University Islamabad H-11 Campus invites sealed bids from firms in Islamabad/Pakistan, registered with Income Tax Dept for Construction of Car Parking Tensile Shades – Bahria University Islamabad H-11

 

  1. Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set tender documents separately for the subject work containing detailed terms and conditions & specification from Procurement Office located at Basement of MP Block (Tel: 0519259500 Ext:3523) and 0519259480 on submission of written application on company letter head supported by copy of NTN & GST certificates against payment of non-refundable fee in shape of cash of 2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) till 30 October 2023.

 

  1. Single stage – Two envelopes methodology shall apply. Sealed bids supported by earnest money @ 5% of the total bid value in the shape of pay order/demand draft/call deposit in favour of Bahria University Islamabad Campus should reach  with  the  bid  on/or  before  1100  hours  by 31 October 2023. A Sealed Bid Box is placed at Procurement Office. The tenders will be opened on the same date at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders/their authorized representatives, who may choose to be present. Conditional/incomplete bids will not be considered. Bids received late from closing date and time will not be entertained.

 

  1. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices inclusive of all taxes and transportation cost The Bahria University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid proposal by invoking Rule 33 of PPRA – 2004.
