EXTENSION AND UP GRADATION OF SKY ROOM AT BAHRIA UNIVERSITY HEAD OFFICE E-8 ISLAMABAD

 

  1. Sealed bids are invited from firms registered with Tax Department and valid PEC category (C-5 or above) for Extension and Up Gradation of Sky Room at Bahria University Head Office Located in Sector E-8 Islamabad. Interested firms with relevant experience may purchase bidding documents containing detailed specifications from the office of DD (Development) Quaid Block Basement, Room No.09 Bahria University Islamabad against pay order of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) in favour of “Bahria University Islamabad” till 12 Nov 2024. NTN of BU is 2132767-0.

 

  1. Single Stage Two Envelop tendering procedure shall be followed. Sealed bids supported by Tax registration / professional certificate should reach on / or before             13 Nov 2024 at 1130 hours.  Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of the bidders / their authorized representatives, who may choose to be present in Director P&D office. Conditional / incomplete bids will be considered as Non Responsive.  Bids received late from closing date and time will not be entertained.  2% of bid security in shape of PO in favour of “Bahria University Islamabad” of total bid value should be submitted alongwith financial bid. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened subsequently.

 

  1. The bidders are to give final prices of best quality product inclusive of all applicable taxes & transportation charges etc. Bahria University Head Office may reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal by invoking rule 33 of PPRA-2004.
