Director Laws of Pakistan Cell, under the Ministry of Law and Justice, Sher Afzal Khan Baber, is a graduate of BU in MBA with specialization in Marketing. From being a Naval Officer to the Director of Laws of Pakistan Cell the journey of Sher Afzal Khan Babar is quite remarkable in the way that he has utilized the knowledge he got and put his learning into his field. He had a relation with the Pakistan Navy for the past 23 years where he was promoted on some major posts such as Dy. Director Regulations, Supply Officer and he continues to thrive now in the Federal Government. Being an important figure he is managing the Government repute on all matters pertaining to publication Laws of Pakistan.
