POSITION VACANT : HR Assistant – BUHO
Bahria University invites applications from suitable candidates for the post of HR Assistant at Bahria University Head Office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA or Equivalent.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Good knowledge of computers with 05 years of experience or 7 years of experience in BU as an Assistant Supervisor.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain and update the record of Sanctioned and Borne strength of Faculty/Staff.
- Prepare Induction plan for Faculty and assist AHR (FCM) in the induction of Faculty.
- Keep updated dossiers of all FMs and update the digital record on HRIS.
- Prepare invoices, letters, and memos and write the minutes.
- Prepare and assist in the conduct of FPBs and Superannuation Boards.
- Process cases related to FMs/ Admin Personnel.
- Any other assignment was given by the Directors on time to time basis
