JOB DISCRIPTION
QUALIFICATION
FA/ F.Sc degree/Equivalent
EXPERIENCE/ SKILL
- Minimum working experience required is 2-3 years. Candidate from Placement Office /ORIC of a Higher Education Institution (HEIs) or Private High Schools would be preferred.
- Should be skilled in computer especially MS Office- with typing speed of between 50-65 words per minute(WPM), for letters/emails, business proposals and reports (Written Communication). Also verbal communication / coordination with external stakeholders (answering calls and gathering information by phone etc.) as per requirement.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills (English & Urdu). Supporting the Reception Desk/PA to Director, for liaising with clients/prospects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Clerk shall be responsible for following:
- Prepare invoices, letters, memos and write the minutes. Maintain Endowment Fund Records.
- Open, read, route and distribution of incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
- Record keeping of files and retrieve corporate documents when needed.
- Answers phone calls and direct calls to respective executives.
- Manage and maintain record for concerned executive schedules.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and report to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- Process bills and prepare general purchase order (pen, pencils, papers and toner etc. Assist in conduct of meetings preparing draft agenda points for meetings and make power point presentations.
- Any other duties as assigned by the higher authorities.
