3rd convocation ceremony of Bahria University Lahore Campus will be held on Sat,2 December 2023 at Expo Centre Johar Town Lahore. . Detailed instructions are as under:

 

Activities on Rehearsal Day:

 

  • Full dress Rehearsals will be held at 09:00 Hrs on Friday, 1 December 2023 at Expo Centre,Johar Town, Lahore.(Guest and children under 12 years NOT ALLOWED)
  • Collection of Gowns (For your convenience, robes/gowns will be provided on rental basis @Rs.400/= (for 48 hours only) with the security deposit of Rs.1,400/= (refundable) through collection point being arranged at the Expo Centre, Johar Town, Lahore. Each graduate will be responsible to collect and return his/her robe/gown. Please note thatRobe/Gown is mandatory for attending the convocation ceremony.
  • Receiving of Invitation cards, car sticker, acknowledgment card and seat / enclosure allocation
  • Your presence in the scheduled rehearsals is compulsory for attending the convocation.Please bring your Original CNIC and 01 photograph (size 1 x 1) for participating in the rehearsals and final ceremony.
  • Rehearsal day is full day activity, all registered graduates are requested to attend and mange accordingly.
  • Invitation cards for the parents/guests will be issued to the graduates upon completion of the rehearsals on closing of rehearsal.
  • Refreshments for all Graduates.

 

Important Notes For Convocation Day is as follows:

  • All registered graduating students to be present at Expo Center Johar Town, Lahore at 08:30 HRS on Saturday, 2 December 2023.
  • Dress for the convocation ceremony is lounge suite/National with dress shoes. Casual dress (i.e jeans, joggers, slippers and T-shirts) are strictly prohibited.
  • All graduating students and their guests are required to bring original CNIC along with the Invitation Card on convocation day. Entry without CNIC/Invitation Card will not be possible.
  • Cell phones, bags/Ladies purses are NOTallowed inside the hall due to security reasons.
  • Under 12 Years Children are not allowed.
