Alina is development worker with sufficient understanding and experience of issues related to project management, youth development, capacity building, technical and vocational skills development and promoting peace and tolerance in society. Her 6 years of professional experience comprises of management positions at Bahria University, British Council and Promising Pakistan. She has worked with British Council Pakistan in various roles at Development Contracts, Youth & Society Programme and Improving Parliamentary Performance in Pakistan project. She is focused on promoting entrepreneurship, personal and professional development of youth and involving them in community services. She is strong supporter of youth activism and their participation in community building and services. Presently she is working as a Freelance Management Consultant and Managing Partner at Promising Pakistan.
