QUALIFICATION
- Candidates having a minimum of 16 years of qualification in Business Studies/ Management sciences or relevant domain. 18 years qualified will be preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years experience in the relevant field will be preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Manager SSC will be responsible to the Manager SSC for the following:
- Managing, regulating and supervising clubs and societies of the students in the Campus.
- Preparation and maintenance of students’ non-academic profile.
- Conducting and coordinating non-academic events/ workshops/ seminars at the Campus for skill development and grooming of students; duly advertising/ publicizing the events.
- Event coordinator for the freshmen orientation.
- Convocation booklet and backdrop design and hall management.
- Monitoring co-curricular and extra- curricular events for punctuality and mannerism and reporting their status to respective DC/ DAcad-CU through MSSC.
- Monitoring students’ attendance at the co-curricular events.
- Liaison with the HODs/ faculty members for the compilation and tabulation of Campus newsletter articles.
- Keeping record of all the events in the Campus.
- Maintenance and updating of the Campus website with latest clubs/ societies activities/ achievements.
- Utilizing social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. for the projection of student’s activities/ achievement.
