QUALIFICATION

  • B.Com/ equivalent

 

EXPERIENCE/ SKILL

  • 03 to 05 years of experience in the relevant position
  • Must be familiar with any Accounting Software and know-how of relevant tax laws

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Clerk shall be responsible for the following:

 

  • Preparation of cheques with accurate amounts after approval of the Competent Authority.
  • To help in preparing yearly budget documents.
  • Bank reconciliation of all accounts of BUHO.
  • Bank Payments, Bank receipts, Cash payments, and Cash receipts through accounting software as per approval of the Competent Authority.
  • Upgradation of data for preparation of budget presentation for Treasurer.
  • Timely data entry of monthly expenditures statements of all campuses
  • Maintain record of CP fund of faculty & staff of BUHO
  • Maintaining BUEFT accounts in a separate accounting software.
  • Preparation/ provision of data/ info to External Auditor during audit through Accounts officer.
  • Maintaining Accounts Department files and records properly.
  • Performs general duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and mailing as per office requirement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by AO/ DD Accounts.
