QUALIFICATION
- B.Com/ equivalent
EXPERIENCE/ SKILL
- 03 to 05 years of experience in the relevant position
- Must be familiar with any Accounting Software and know-how of relevant tax laws
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Clerk shall be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of cheques with accurate amounts after approval of the Competent Authority.
- To help in preparing yearly budget documents.
- Bank reconciliation of all accounts of BUHO.
- Bank Payments, Bank receipts, Cash payments, and Cash receipts through accounting software as per approval of the Competent Authority.
- Upgradation of data for preparation of budget presentation for Treasurer.
- Timely data entry of monthly expenditures statements of all campuses
- Maintain record of CP fund of faculty & staff of BUHO
- Maintaining BUEFT accounts in a separate accounting software.
- Preparation/ provision of data/ info to External Auditor during audit through Accounts officer.
- Maintaining Accounts Department files and records properly.
- Performs general duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and mailing as per office requirement.
- Performs other duties as assigned by AO/ DD Accounts.
