QUALIFICATION

Candidates having minimum MS(CS)/ MS(IT)/ MS(SE) (18 years of education) or equivalent in the relevant discipline

EXPERIENCE/ SKILL

Preferably 10 years of experience at the relevant position

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Deputy Director IT is to ensure following:

• Manage and monitor LAN/ WAN network services.
• Maintain an inventory of all network devices.
• Replacement of failed hardware and addressing system problems.
• Project management, security, asset management, customer service or help desk departments in order to resolve problems and manage projects.
• Oversee development and maintenance of computer systems and setting of intranets.
• Identify departmental needs and make suggestions regarding technical direction.
• Design and implement system security and data assurance.
• Responsible for system hardware and software upgrades ensuring system wide availability and capacity needs are met in a timely fashion
• Provides skilled technical support in liaison with vender technical personnel to install products.
• Maintenance of Multi Medias/ Smart Board installed in different class rooms/ presentation halls/ auditorium.
