TENDER NOTICE

 

HIRING OF TRANSPORT FOR SHUTTLE SERVICES – BAHRIA UNIVERSITY H-11
CAMPUS ISLAMABAD

 

 

  •  The Bahria University Islamabad H-11 Campus invites sealed bids from Transport Companies Islamabad/Rawalpindi registered with the Income Tax Dept for Shuttle Services at Bahria University H-11 Campus Islamabad.
  • Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of tender documents
    separately for the subject work containing detailed terms and conditions & specifications from the Procurement Office located at the basement of MP Block BUI H-11 Campus (Tel: 051- 9259500 Ext: 3523 and 051-9259480). on submission of a written application on company letter head supported by copy of NTN & GST certificates against payment of a nonrefundable fee in shape of cash of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) till 27 November 2023.
  •  Single stage one envelope methodology shall apply. Sealed bids supported by
    2.5% bid security should be submitted with sealed bid in the shape of Pay Order/Demand draft/Call deposit in favor of Bahria University H-11 Campus Islamabad should reach with the bid on/or before 1100 hours by 28 November 2023. A Sealed Bid Box is placed at MP Block basement. The tenders will be opened on the same date at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders/their authorized representatives, who may choose to be present. Conditional/incomplete bids will not be considered. Bids received late from the closing date and time will not be entertained.
  • The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices inclusive of all taxes
    and transportation costs etc. The Bahria University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid proposal by invoking rule 33 of PPR – 2004.
