BU Employees Healthcare, Life Insurance Services under Takaful

• Bahria University invites sealed bids for providing healthcare services to its employees and their dependent family members under takaful for calendar year 2024 from insurance companies having rating AA+ or above and registered with SECP, FBR and relevant authorities.
• Interested Insurance companies may purchase bidding document containing detailed terms & conditions and information of required services against payment of Rs. 4000/­ (rupees four thousand only) non-refundable in the shape of Pay Order/ DD in favour of Bahria University Islamabad from the office of Deputy Director (Procurement), Bahria University Head Office, Basement, Quaid Block, from 13^th November 2023.
• Single Stage Two envelopes procedure shall be followed. Sealed bids supported by NTN, registration certificate should reach Deputy Director (Procurement) office by 1100 hours on 29 November 2023. Proposal is to be deposited with 5% bid security (refundable) in the form of Pay Order I DD in favor of Bahria University Technical proposals will be opened by the committee on same day at 1130 hours in presence of bidders who may choose to be present. Date of opening of financial proposal of short-listed companies will be intimated later through letter I phone.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held in Deputy Director (Procurement) office on 21 Nov 2023 at 1100 hours to clarify queries (if any). The University has the right to reject all bids/proposals prior acceptance by invoking Rule -33 of PPRA.
