Mehwish Naseem Khan is a MBA Finance graduate of Bahria University and also has MSc degree in Management, Organization and Governance from London School of Economic (LSE – UK). She started her career working with Weatherford Drilling International Pakistan as HR & Training Coordinator, was the first one to introduce and implement training and competency system in WDI Pakistan. Soon she became certified OPITO Assessor for the Rig employees. With her outmost dedication and professional excellence within just five years, Mehwish swiftly outclassed attaining one after the other promotions, firstly as HR / PR Coordinator followed by Payroll Supervisor and later became one of the youngest HR Manager in WDI History. In 2014 she got the best HR manager award among 14 countries, where WDI has its operational setup. She proved to be a great team lead and extensively contributed to streamline company’s HR processes and policies. Due to her exemplary performance by October 2015, she got relocated to Weatherford Dubai Corporate Head Office as Senior HR Specialist. In June 2016, she again got promoted and presently serving as Senior HR supervisor UAE, handling country HR and reporting directly to VP Human Resource & Training. Currently she is working on major WDI HR projects focused on revamping HR module of company’s business management system.
