QUALIFICATION
- Candidates having minimum 16 years of qualification in Business Studies/ Management sciences or relevant domain.
EXPERIENCE/ SKILL
- 3 years’ experience in the relevant field will be preferred
- Proficiency in Ms Office (especially Ms Excel)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Manager SFC will be responsible to the Manager SSC for the following:
- Serving as resource person for the University information and guiding students to meet graduation requirements.
- Assisting students in selection of their courses, informing and explaining admission, transfer credit implications, accommodation concerns, guidance on scholarship/ financial assistance issues, and general adjustments to the University life.
- Clarifying students on various queries through the help of the departments, if required.
- Processing queries/ applications through individual case file, while
- maintaining/ updating the database of the students’ queries.
- Providing inquiry service for all the services offered at BU.
- Assisting and guiding potential students/ guardians visiting the Campus for information.
- Assistance in the registration of the students, with the help of respective Departments.
- Arrange and facilitate students’ meetings with the academic consultant/ Well-Being Counselor.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Manager SSC.
