POSITION VACANT : Assistant QA Manager – BUHSC KARACHI
QUALIFICATION:
- BBA(Hons)/ MBA/ equivalent (16 years education) in a relevant field, with 3 years relevant professional experience after Masters.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2-3 years working in the QA department of a reputed Medical University or any other Academic Institute
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- AQAM assists in monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the QA, QC, and QE programmer in academics and research at the Campus, and reports to the Manager QA.
- Preparation and compilation of BU statistical data and liaison with all Campuses/ CUs/ Affiliated colleges.
- Be a part of the QA team to facilitate our audit of academic standards and quality of teaching, learning, and management in each subject area at the respective Campus.
- Gather Faculty and Student data from all colleges at Campus Level.
- Assist QA Manager in all matters pertaining to the Quality of education being imparted.
- Program Review Committee visits.
- Collect the Campus data for the Annual Report, and submit it on to the Manager QA.
- Collect the data for the preparation of quarterly progress reports on the activities of the QECs.
- Assist in inspection visits of Accreditation councils/HEC/PMDC.
- Liaison with QA representatives in all campuses/CUs regarding progress on Corrective.
- Assist action Plans of academic programs.
- Working as a team member in the smooth conducting of Institution performance evaluation.
- Preparation of QA Chapter for inclusion in every edition of BU Annual Report.
- Preparation of briefs/presentations etc.
- Any other duty assigned by DQA.
