REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – FINANCIAL CONSULTANT

 

Bahria University/PMSTP invites applications from well reputed, experienced and tax registered firms for the appointment of consultant to render legal, financial, and technical advice/services in matters related to Pakistan Maritime Science and Technology Park (PMSTP).

 

NOTE:

 

  • The Firm should have adequate experience in relevant field with proven track record.
  • Well, acquainted with STZA rules/regulations governing establishment of Special Technology Zones under STZA Act 2021, including all Financial, Legal and Technical matters.
  • Prepare, submit and have it approved, all financial requirements / documents required by STZA, prior to initiation of the construction work.
  • Evaluate, advise, analyze offers from various firms for JV investment and be part of the negotiation team as and when required.
  • Prepare sound, correct and duly modelled financial offers towards potential JV partners, which are beneficial to BU/BSTS.
  • Negotiate and achieve closure in all financial engagements with any organization, institution or individuals keeping BSTS interest precedent.
  • Deal with SECP w.r.t BSTS company requirements, submission of periodic audit sheets, board resolutions and deal with matters pertaining to enhancement of paid up authorized capitals.
