Salaar Janjua did his BBA (H) in Finance and MBA in (HR) from Bahria University Islamabad. Previously he has worked with prestigious organizations like Faysal Bank Ltd, Saif Group of Companies and currently associated with Geo Tv Network in the capacity of Manager Human Resources. Salaar holds almost 12 years of HR experience in managerial cadre with core experience in recruitment & selection, talent acquisition, performance appraisal, process mapping, organizational development and employee relations.
Salaar says, “Bahria University, plays an important role and that was initially realized when as a young graduate I entered the professional life 12 years back. The exposure, confidence, knowledge, self-accountability and discipline for grooming an average student into a professional was the focus this university had in my 4 years of tenure”.
