Dear Graduating Students,

Twenty-sixth convocation ceremony of Bahria University Islamabad E-8 Campus is scheduled to be conducted as mentioned below.

Graduating students who have not submitted the fee, not registered or not issued with final transcript will not be allowed to attend the ceremony:

SCHEDULE FOR TWENTY- SIXTH CONVOCATION

Detailed instructions are as under:

• Rehearsals will be held in BU Auditorium at E-8 campus as per above schedule.
• Presence in the scheduled rehearsals is compulsory for attending the convocation. Please bring your CNIC and 01 photograph (size 1 x 1) for participating in the rehearsal and final ceremony.
• Dress for the convocation ceremony is formal/lounge suite/National with dress shoes. Casual dress (i.e jeans, joggers, slippers and T-shirts) are strictly prohibited.
• For convenience, robes/gowns will be provided on rental basis (for 48 hours only) with security deposit as applicable (refundable) through collection point being arranged at E-8 Campus upon completion of rehearsal. Each graduate will be responsible to collect and return his/her robe/gown. Please note that Robe/Gown is mandatory for attending the convocation ceremony.
• All graduating students and their guests are advised to bring original CNIC along with the printed hard copy of Invitation Card. Entry without these two documents may not be possible.
• All graduates are to ensure that they get a small student convocation card to be issued to all graduates before the rehearsal inside the auditorium at E-8 campus.
• Cell phones, bags/Ladies purses are NOT allowed inside the auditorium.

• Children under the age of 12 are strictly not allowed.
