Dear Graduating Students!

The twenty-seventh convocation ceremony of Bahria University Islamabad H-11 Campus is scheduled as mentioned below.

Students who have not paid the registration fee, or obtained the final transcript cannot attend the convocation:

Detailed instructions are as under:

• Rehearsals will be held in BU Auditorium at the E-8 campus as per the above-mentioned schedule.
• Presence in the scheduled rehearsals is mandatory for attending the convocation. Please bring your original CNIC and 01 photograph (size 1 x 1) for participating in the rehearsal and final ceremony.
• Dress for the convocation ceremony is formal/lounge suite/National with dress shoes. Casual dress (i.e. jeans, joggers, slippers, and T-shirts) is strictly prohibited.
• For convenience, robes/gowns will be provided on a rental basis (for 48 hours only) with a security deposit as applicable (refundable) through the collection point being arranged at E-8 Campus upon completion of rehearsal. Each graduate will be responsible for the collection and return of robe/gown. Please note that Robe/Gown is mandatory for attending the convocation ceremony.
• All graduating students and their guests are advised to bring their original CNIC along with the printed hard copy of the Invitation Card. Entry without these documents may not be possible.
• All graduates are to ensure that they get a student convocation card before the rehearsal inside the auditorium at the E-8 campus.
• Cell phones, bags/Ladies’ purses are NOT allowed inside the Campus.
• For updates on convocation, please visit the campus website regularly and check your emails.
• Children under the age of 12 are strictly not allowed.
