PURCHASE OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR CRC LAB –  BAHRIA UNIVERSITY ISLAMABAD

 

  1. Bahria University Head Office invites sealed bids for Procurement of following I T related Equipment for CRC Lab (as one package for each job) from firms, original manufactures / their authorized distributors / suppliers in Pakistan registered with relevant Tax Department:

  1. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, quantity of items, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification / rejection of bids, performance guarantee and place of pre-bid meeting etc are available for the interested bidders at Room No.9, Basement Head Office Building, Quaid Block, Bahria University Islamabad. Price of Bidding Document is Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) for the bidding document (non-refundable through pay order in favour of Bahria University Islamabad) available till 10 June 2019.  NTN Number of Bahria University is 2132767-0.
  2. The bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents must reach at Deputy Director Procurement’s Office at Room No.9, Basement Head Office Building, Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office Islamabad by 1100 hrs on 11 Jun 2019 or before.  Only technical proposal will be opened on same day at 1130 hrs in Director P&D Office (President Standing Purchase Committee) in presence of the bidders who may choose to be present.  The same will be forwarded to Technical Committee for scrutiny / vetting.  Date time of opening of financial proposals of shortlisted firms will be intimated later on through mail/phone.  The University has the right to reject all or any bid prior acceptance by invoking rule 33 of PPRA.  For any technical information, please contact Deputy Director (IT & NW) on Phone Number 051-9260002 Extn 100 and for procurement, D D Procurement on Phone Number 051-9260002 Extn  259 & 340.
